Additional Services Offered

Off-Site Riding Lessons:

If you need someone to come to your place and give you horsemanship or basic riding lessons with your own horse, I can be of assistance if you are within 25 miles of my residence. I can also provide any training listed above (Classes 1-7). I will cater to your needs.

Service Includes:

	Provide basic Western Pleasure riding instructions.
	Help find your seat on your horse.

Cost: $75 an hour

Horse Broker Service:

Finding a Horse:

I can find the perfect horse for you!

Cost: When I find a match for you, I only ask 15% of the horse cost.

Service includes:

	Obtain list of attributes you want in a horse (height, disposition, breed, price range, etc).
	Research horses in our area for sale.
	When I find a match, I will contact you to make arrangements to go and see the potential prospects. I do a series of tests on the horse (ground manners and riding) to make sure the horse is healthy, well-trained and the right horse for you. I also question the owner about several things regarding the horse (medical history, feed, temperament, etc.)
	I do ask that you provide the transportation to and from each visit.

Selling a Horse:

I can try to sell your horse for you.

Cost: When I find a buyer for your horse, I only ask 15% of the horse cost.

Service includes:

	Obtain list of attributes of the horse for sale (height, disposition, breed, price range, etc).
	Obtain pictures of the horse for sale.
	Research prospective buyers in our area.
	When I find a match, I will contact you to make arrangements to show horse to prospective buyers.
	I can provide Bill of Sale upon your request, listing me as seller, you as owner, and the buyer.
